This large vacation home with a private pool is IDEAL for larger families and groups looking to visit Orlando in style!
Every bedroom has its own bathroom! Comfortably sleeps 12 guests.
The island kitchen includes everything you could possibly need a bar with stools. Your spacious pool and patio area with a safety screen allows you to enjoy breakfast in the morning outside where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine.
This 6-bedroom home includes two master suites, the first of which is on the lower level. Upstairs you’ll find one more master suite plus four other bedrooms, also featuring en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms include TVs and the home has Wifi. The washer and dryer are located upstairs also.
////BALMORAL RESORT AMENITIES: Please note Balmoral Resort charges an Amenity Use Fee of $35.00 per Adult per day and $25.00 per Child, ages 4 - 12 per day on Friday, Sat. and Sunday. Children Under the age of 3 are always Free. Monday - Thursday, Adults are $25.00 per day and Children 4 - 12 are $15.00 per day. Amenity Use Fees are 1/2 Price Every Day After 4:00 p.m. This is NOT a mandatory fee. If Guests choose to visit the Resort Amenities, payment is to be made to the Resort directly upon arriving at the Clubhouse. ////
MANAGERS NOTES:
***Balmoral Resort requires that all guests be registered with the HOA. Before your arrival, we will reach out to you for the names of you and your guests and a copy of your photo ID.
***Use of the Balmoral Resort Clubhouse is optional and additional fees are due to the resort to access the facilities.
