The Space:
This cozy 2 bed 2 bath ground floor space is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay in this beautiful city.

Two spacious bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and windows with lots of natural light. One bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the other bedroom has a double/full bed with a foam mattress.

Open space dinning area features a large harvest table with plenty of space for meals or for some remote work, as well as watching a show on a flat-screen TV (stream via ChromeCast).

Our guests also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an iron, and a hairdryer - everything you need to feel at home during your stay. A high chair and an infant tub is available on request for families travelling with young ones.

We take pride in ensuring that place is always sparkling clean and comfortable for our guests. We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as a complimentary coffee and tea.

Whether you are in town for work, play or just passing through, this is the perfect home base for exploring the vibrant neighbourhood and all that Vancouver has to offer. Entrance is easily accessible from the street, and a smart lock (code & any other pertinent info will be shared prior to your check in)

Other things to note:
Free street parking with decent availability (watch for fire hydrants). If your electric car is running low on battery, EV charging available in the evening/night via a regular outlet outside (subject to free street parking spots nearby, usually ok availability), otherwise Vancouver generally has lots of parking lots and charging stations (ChargePoint, Flow, Tesla Superchargers, and more).

About the Neighbourhood:
Mount Pleasant is Vancouver's trendiest, hip, yet most family friendly and charming neighborhood! Its a coffee shop mecca by day, with a vibrant night life at dozens of breweries, distillers, all kids of ethnic foods, or high end Michelin star restaurants. Family friendly with abundance of parks and playgrounds for kids. Lots of gem restaurants from Savio Volpe, and Les Faux Bourgeois bistro, Published on Main to Anh and Chi Vietnamese, Sula Indian, to 33 Acres Brewing, and Brassneck to name a few. There is nowhere else in the city where there is so much variety all mixed together whether you are travelling on the budget or looking to splurge. Large grocery store is also a 10 min walking distance away as well. Downtown core is only 10 min away (bike, bus, skytrain, uber, car), or a scenic ~30 min walk all downhill, and then along the waterfront to Science World and onwards via False Creek / Yaletown neighbourhoods around downtown. Bike is the best option to get around (bring your own or rent a Mobi city bike - we have a bike station within a block).
