Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sitting directly on the bay front off of 22nd Street. With a spacious private balcony you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets on the bay and are also just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The outdoor pool is just steps away. Close to a great selection of wonderful restaurants , everything is within walking distance. Bedroom one offers a Queen bed and bedroom two has 2 singles and bedroom 3 has a Double bunkbed (double on Top & bottom) with a separate single. The property offers wi-fi and streaming services on 2 Roku TV's, there is no cable in this property. Occupancy is 10. Parking for 1 car guaranteed, 2nd spot is first come first serve. No smoking, no pets. This property rents Saturday - Saturday in the summer, but does allow flexible 3 night stays in the Fall. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
