This modern style home offers 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, open plan living, chef's kitchen, beautiful outdoor entertaining with bbq, fire pit and huge backyard.

Accommodating up to 4 people. This cosy two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a modern cottage feel, with a functional layout and plenty of windows that let in the natural light.
Both bedrooms has a queen-sized beds.

The well-equipped kitchen had functional counter space. The combined living and dining areas are perfect for gatherings of family and friends.

The living room section has a large L-shaped couch accompanied by plenty of windows to take in the breeze. This home has the living essentials sorted with the medium-sized modern kitchen and full-sized dedicated laundry room. The tech basics are also sorted with a Modern Television in the living room along with Wireless Internet throughout the house.
You'll appreciate the peace and quiet of the bedrooms and when it's time to relax, enjoy the view from the moderately sized open patio, backyard, and veggie garden. The outdoor area is equipped with a large backyard and spacious patio complete with barbeque, an outdoor dining set, a boxing bag, and gym equipment. There's also a fireplace for those colder nights in winter.

BAG STORAGE Bag storage before or after your stay is not available, but we can give you some suggestions after booking, please ask if you require details.

HOUSE RULES We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us to do so we would appreciate you following the house rules. These rules are a condition of your occupancy. Check-in is after 3pm, Check-out is 10am. Please respect our property and leave it as you found it, clean and tidy. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed unless stated in property description. If evidence of smoking or pets without approval are found, charges for extra cleaning fees will apply. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to occupant, guest or invitee. No unregistered guests allowed. Maximum number of guests must not exceed property information for maximum guest numbers. No parties or events permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum before 7am and after 10pm. If a complaint is received you will receive a message via the booking platform, then a phone call. Failure to comply with reducing noise may lead to immediate eviction. Please take out rubbish before you check out, location of bins are provided in your checkout instructions. Please ensure all dishes and kitchenware are washed and returned to cupboards, fridge cleaned out. Please take care of your keys/access cards. If you lock yourself out a callout fee will be incurred. If the keys/access card are lost or taken with you on your departure, a replacement fee will be incurred. No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damage or breakages. Any damage/breakages to be reported to the host before checkout. Any alteration to the booking must be made by the guest via the booking platform. Internet connectivity varies from property to property, depending on location, weather and unforeseen events. We are unable to remedy technical issues outside of our control. We do not refund for problems such as plumbing, electrical, Wifi not working, light globes blown or gas, etc. Any issues identified by the occupant must be communicated to the host and will be attended to as soon as practically possible. At times, when the property is occupied, maintenance specialists are required to attend to their regular maintenance schedule, i.e. lawns and pools. Any breach of the above rules will permit us to cancel or terminate a booking. Refunds will not be paid on terminated bookings. Our cancellation policy is firm and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim. Our team is available from 8am to 6pm to help during your stay. Nicely renovated, clean and tidy. Fully fenced. 2 bathrooms very well appointed. Lovely polish timber floors. Communication excellent. Best wishes for the sale of the property. Thank you for letting us stay. If the property isn't sold we are thinking to revisit Cairns in May so will be in touch if this happens.

Amazing property
Wow, what a beautiful renovation. The property was very modern and clean. We had everything we could ask for and more. Would definately stay here again. The only issue we had was with the property manager. We had arrived in Cairns and did not receive any check in instructions. It wasnt clear how we should contact the property manager. There should be a contact name and phone number for situations like this.
