Overall great experience
My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 nights. There are many great restaurants, shopping, fishing, things to do in the area. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from the balcony. A beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. were available for our use. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The check-in process was seamless. The beach is at your back door.
The areas that could be improved upon, would be to replace the living room furniture. The couch is very old and you would literally sink into it and have a little bit of a problem getting out of it. The bed should be replaced as well. The middle of it sinks in, so we found ourselves having to balance ourselves on the edge of the bed while we slept. The unit itself was surface clean, but the floors need a good scrubbing, not just a vacuum. After walking around in our bare feet, the bottoms of our feet were black. The air-conditioning ducts need to be cleaned as well. We would clean the kitchen and wake up in the morning and have to wipe down the countertops again . The bathroom is outdated but workable.
With a little updating and TLC, I would give this a five star.
