HURRICANE UPDATE: Despite the recent impact of Hurricane Helene & Hurricane Milton, we're pleased to share that cleanup efforts are progressing smoothly, and we anticipate being ready to welcome guests again by late October. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The two most important things for us, are cleanliness and proximity to the beach. The unit was very clean and the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat. While we didn't use even a quarter of the extras, this place has nearly everything you need for your beach stay. Closet was stocked with beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and toys. Shuffleboard, ping pong, grills, hammocks and a pool. Our unit was exactly as pictured and was tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with basic meal prep needs. Perhaps a new mattress and sofa bed are in order, but they were clean and neither were terribly uncomfortable that we didn't rest adequately. Loved being walking distance to restaurants. Really enjoyed the convenience of the cement "boardwalk" for daily walks. Peaceful area and stay. Overall, if we visit the area again, we would definitely rebook this unit.

Overall great experience
My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 nights. There are many great restaurants, shopping, fishing, things to do in the area. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from the balcony. A beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. were available for our use. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The check-in process was seamless. The beach is at your back door. The areas that could be improved upon, would be to replace the living room furniture. The couch is very old and you would literally sink into it and have a little bit of a problem getting out of it. The bed should be replaced as well. The middle of it sinks in, so we found ourselves having to balance ourselves on the edge of the bed while we slept. The unit itself was surface clean, but the floors need a good scrubbing, not just a vacuum. After walking around in our bare feet, the bottoms of our feet were black. The air-conditioning ducts need to be cleaned as well. We would clean the kitchen and wake up in the morning and have to wipe down the countertops again . The bathroom is outdated but workable. With a little updating and TLC, I would give this a five star.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The location is perfect, you cannot beat the view of the gulf coast, especially the sunsets. The unit was as described and the perfect size for just the two of us. However, it could use a new coat of paint and a deep cleaning. We were there for a month and I tried to sweep every day but just could not stay on top of the dust which seemed to come from the air vents. Even the ceiling fan in the living room was dirty. Several of the floor tiles were cracked and need to be replaced. While the kitchen was plenty spacious for cooking it could use some additional supplies. We had exactly four of each utensil four plates etc. two frying pans, two pots but there was no roasting pan, no deep pot to make pasta or a strainer to strain and no cutting board. The bed was comfortable but let’s get some sheets that fit and will stay on the bed.

The room was nice and furnished well. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance (1 mille or less) to Johns Pass to the north and many more restaruants/bars to the south. The beach was excelent, large, quiet and not crowded

Convenient and quiet
Liked how easy it was to get to everywhere we needed but still quiet. The beach was clean and when we went, rather morning or evening, we basically had the beach to ourselves! Even saw a dolphin on our last day. We had some small hiccups but the owner was quick to respond and resolve and super helpful. We had a great first family vacay with our 1.5 year old!
