Villa Susanna is a gorgeous main house surrounded by three cottages set amidst three acres of lush landscaped gardens on a headland in Marigot. The villa revels in commanding views and access to a small, secluded cove. An architectural masterpiece, the Italian influence intermingles with the Caribbean atmosphere melding the indoor and outdoor spaces.

You are welcomed through a verdant walkway and enter into the sprawling living room flanked by the formal dining area large enough for 20. This space opens to the main boardwalk that leads you to the large pool & onwards to the cliffside gazebo.

The villa is comprised of three cottages, each with two-bedroom suites and a wet bar area. Amber Flamboyant houses an air-conditioned master bedroom, with an en-suite shower, a private patio with a plunge pool and a library which converts into a queen suite. Yellow Heliconia features an air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bath and outdoor shower, as well as another bedroom with an en-suite shower (two single beds) and a private garden area. The White Frangipani cottage is at a lower level of the property and features two air-conditioned bedrooms with a king bed and two singles respectively, connected by a breezy living space. In the main house, there is the last ‘St. Lucia’s room with air-conditioned queen bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Villa Susanna is excellent for quiet repose or entertaining and easily accommodates multi-family or groups. It is also close to Marigot Bay, the historic yacht haven and several shopping, dining and other amenities.
