We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure.Guests whose names or ID doesn’t match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.- Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked.- Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
