Configuration
This spacious and contemporary home offers a stylish open plan living and dining area, with bifold doors that seamlessly connect to a large entertainment deck, perfect for hosting family and friends. The property features a total of five bedrooms, with the master bedroom located upstairs, three additional bedrooms on the main level and one bedroom on the lower level along with an additional sitting area, a combined laundry/bathroom, and a vast entertainment deck with easy access to the pool and garden area.

The property features three well-appointed bathrooms. On the main level, there is a bathroom with a full-size bath, shower, vanity and WC, which is shared by the three bedrooms on this level along with a separate WC. The ensuite attached to the master bedroom upstairs features a shower, corner bath, vanity and WC. Additionally, there is a combined laundry/bathroom with a shower, vanity and WC on the lower level for added convenience.

The living room is part of the open plan living and dining area and is designed to be both comfortable and stylish. It is bathed in natural light, with bifold doors that offer easy access to the entertainment deck. Additionally, there is a sitting area on the lower level, providing extra space for relaxation and entertainment.

★ Kitchen & Dining ★
The modern kitchen is fully equipped making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area is located within the open plan living space and offers ample seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.

Outdoors
Enjoy stunning panoramic views from various outdoor entertainment areas! Keep an eye on your children as they swim in the sparkling in-ground pool from the spacious timber decked cabana or simply let your little ones and furry friends run free in the expansive level rear yard beyond the pool.

There is room for two cars on the driveway and additionally parking on the road.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
The stairs from the garage to the house are rather steep and will need to be a consideration for those who have limited accessibility.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 12 guests with a max of 10 adults including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.

Great house for multiple couples/families
We had a lovely stay with the extended family. 6 adults and 4 kids fitted perfectly. Lots of space, wonderful pool, extremely clean, great location.

Incredible house & location. House was exactly as described. This home away from home literally has everything you need! Very generous on utilities, appliances & pantry items (coffee, sugar, etc). Spacious home, backyard was perfect for the kids! Communication with Property Manager was very efficient & helpful. Will definitely book this beautiful home again!
