Ideal for family vacations or a getaway with friends, our fully furnished condo features three bedrooms: a queen-size bed in the master, a full-size bed in the second, and two twin-size beds (bunk beds) in the third. Accommodating up to six adults comfortably, the second level reveals an expansive open terrace with panoramic views, covered seating, and patio furniture – a perfect setting for relaxing or enjoying outdoor dining.

We are strategically located, only 25 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Course and 40 minutes from the Old San Juan. We live this place

We enjoyed being able to walk to beach and see the sunrise and the sunsets. My wife’s face lit up when she walked inside and saw how nice it is. The upstairs patio was utilized everyday just to relax and take in the ocean view. The host provided beach towels and chairs so we didn’t have to worry about that. There were plenty of food places near for days or nights we didn’t cook. Before the week was up, we were already talking about coming back next year and bringing more family. This place is awesome!

Great location to experience it all

Brenda and Lars are fantastic to work with and quick on communication and support. They provide solid insight on recommendations. This is a great spot to come with friends or family. The rooftop terrace is easily one of the most relaxing areas to hang out and socialize, or just get away for morning coffee. You are an easy walk away from the beach where we practically had it all to ourselves. For location, it's nice not being around all the typical tourist areas, but it doesn't take long to get to any hot spot or restaurant you want to try. The place is secured, and quiet. AC is only in the bedrooms, and they work very well! Keep this in mind as the main area, especially in summer, can get very warm, even with fans and windows, so use the rooftop terrace to hang out, or get out and enjoy Puerto Rico, which is probably why you are here to begin with! I'd highly recommend checking staying here.

Amazing!

We fell in love with this ocean front condo. Description was spot on. We didn’t want to leave. Communication from hostess was some of the best we’ve ever had. We used the rooftop patio every morning/night and the breeze felt so good up there and the view was awesome, ocean and mountains. What more could you want? There’s 3 pools and a private entrance to the beach which was only busy on the holiday otherwise we had it to ourselves. There’s a gated entrance to the complex and a security guard so we felt safe. The condo is located close to a majority of places, we loved exploring. There’s a little grocer not far from the place but we drove a bit farther for a Walmart. Stocked with starter essentials which is nice. We fell in love with Puerto Rico and would stay here again if we come back.

Beautiful condo!

Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the rooftop and the three pools. The property is well manicured and with security on site, safe. The beach is pristine and largely empty. The stray dogs on the beach were cute. Unfortunately Loíza was hard hit by the hurricane and pandemic and has not seemed to have recovered. It was difficult to find a restaurant in town. However it is close enough to San Juan to the west and Fajardo to the east to make it a convenient location. We enjoyed the scenery and local fare along the Piñones.

Nice PR Condo

We were OK with the condo itself, location, security, amenities, pool, and beach. The condo is a little worn but spacious and functional. However, since the listing said the condo had AC, we assumed that meant the whole condo. Only the bedrooms have AC. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were too hot in May/June to make using those rooms for more than a few minutes possible. That said, we did spend a lot of time in the open air on the condo's deck which is a wonderful space.

This condo is located in the most beautiful spot!! This is our second time here and doesn’t disappointed. It is gated and feels very safe .The beach is amazing and the pools are very clean . You actually never have to leave here it has everything you need to relax. Last time we were here we did alot if touristy stuff. This time we spent most of our time here and it was the best vacation ever. Thank you Brenda

A perfect relaxing vacation.

We had an amazing week in Puerto Rico. The condo was perfect. It was spacious, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. I have to make a special mention of the upstairs terrace. I miss it already. A breeze from the ocean was a pure perfection any time a day. The beach was basically a private beach, so amazing if you just want to park there in a beach chair and just be. Wonderful, I highly recommend. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you both!

Our family loved our time in Puerto Rico. We had 6 people in the apartment and we were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. The roof was amazing!!! Great communication with the owner. Would return in a heartbeat!

Fantastic vacation

The property was wonderful. We had ample towels, chairs... everything was thought of such as beach towels and soft sheets, lovely bath towels, etc. Having our own terrace was wonderful. It was private and breezy absolutely as advertised. The beach was almost completely deserted which was such a nice surprise and the swimming pools were clean and great. There was a secure gated parking lot and very friendly security personnel. I can't rate this property highly enough!

Nice place

My family and I really enjoyed the house. It’s spacious and the rooftop is just amazing. The beach is beautiful but swimming is a little rough. But the pool is great for swimming. It’s commutable to lots of attractions. I would definitely recommend the property. And the hosts are great.

Brenda’s condo was just as described and owner was great to work with, very detail oriented. Family room was large comfortable. Rooftop patio was amazing with plenty of seating and a table to eat breakfast and enjoy the warm morning breezes. We would definitely consider staying again.

The very definition of comfort and enchantment!

This roof top condo did not disappoint! I loved the gated condominiums and the 24 hour security. I felt safe and privileged. The condo listed is AS DISCRIBED😁 plenty of space and very clean. Even the furniture was very welcoming! The roof top itself by far the best I have had the privilege to enjoy. Daytime or night, perfect weather and place to enjoy nature in its beauty. The beach was a two minute walk behind the condo with private access. Loved that 😊 The only thing I will say was the beds in the condo were a bit firm for our liking but still rested well. Needless to say Lars and Brenda are super host indeed! They provided very detailed instructions for check in along with things to do and see in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Which was unexpected but highly thankful for! Lars and Brenda was always available and always answered my calls and text. Super kind and sooo sweet. Big thank you to them both! I will be staying here again when I return to this beautiful island!

Wonderful stay

The condo was very comfortable and a great location to getting to San Juan and the rainforest. Brenda was easy to work with and great communication. The area around the condo seemed poor and unkept so we were a little concerned at first but the locals were friendly and helpful and we never felt unsafe. The condo grounds were very well kept and the pool was very nice. Our only issue was the trash on the beach area (no fault of Brenda’s). It’s such a beautiful place and I hated to see all the trash. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience some authentic Puerto Rico. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful condo and area

This condo was very pretty. It was very clean. The location was amazing. The beach was extremely peaceful. The waves and the current on the beach were a little rough for our taste. But none the last it was so a beautiful beach. Keep in mind this condo is on a third floor. The terrorist on the roof is absolutely stunning. The only downfall for us was that there is no air conditioning in the living areas such as the TV room and the kitchen.

This was our big family trip to Puerto Rico. The condo was very clean and the kids really enjoyed the rooftop space. If they weren't up there then they were sleep. It's a great location, beach was beautiful, there is a Walmart about 15min away, San Juan is about 30min. Brenda also offered to mail back my little girl's bracelet if we were unable to get back in the gate after leaving to go home. Thankfully that wasn't needed but the offer meant a lot. Brenda and her husband were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again if we come back.

The decision to select Malibu for our VRBO condo was influenced by the recommendations of my husband's family from New York. They wanted to explore the island freely, inviting friends along without imposing on us. We sought a beachfront condo with available parking, spacious enough to comfortably host two families. Additionally, the ideal location needed easy access to key attractions like the rainforest, Old San Juan, the Fajardo port, and other points of interest, all while providing direct beach access.
