About this property
Charlotte's Hideaway
This modern 2-bedroom holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is spacious and set in a space with a peaceful outlook perfect to relax & unwind overlooking the waters of the Wallis River in Charlotte Bay. With ducks meandering around the gardens, and a fire pit out the back for those cooler nights it has been designed with peace & quiet in mind. Relax on the corner outdoor lounge overlooking the calm river. Only moments from stunning local beaches. There is also a well-stocked supermarket with take away food options just a short walk away. Minutes from stunning local beaches like Blueys Beach, Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach.
You are welcome to bring your kayaks/canoes to meander down the creek to Wallis Lake or make use of the paddleboards supplied. The Recky Club at Elizabeth Beach is just down the road for lunch or dinner options, be sure to stop long enough to take in the breathtaking sunsets. We supply initial firewood for the firepit during Winter and there is plenty of kindling about to get you started. Additional firewood supplies can be purchased from the servo just down the road.

Blueys Beach
Famed for being the beach which guarantees a good wave, Blueys is undoubtedly a favourite with surf enthusiasts and those who enjoy a stretch of secluded sand with incredible views. Said to have gained its unusual name due to a cattle mishap enroute to Yarric Mountain (the hill on the southern end of Blueys Beach), locals proudly proclaim this to be one of the world’s finest beaches. Offering protected corners for those who want to watch the swell from afar, this lush stretch of coastline is framed by forest-covered headlands and nestled between Sandbar Beach to the south, and Boomerang Beach to the north.
