Why they chose this property
Langley's downtown core is where you'll be - can't be more convenient than that! Just a few steps away is the heart of Langley, with amazing restaurants from sushi to pizza to a smorgasbord of authentic cuisines. The bus connection to Surrey Central is about a 5 minute walk but there's so much to see in the area. The luxurious and enormous Willowbrook Mall is less than a 5 minute drive and there are bus connections just down the road if you don't have a vehicle. Langley is the next booming city connected to Vancouver but the urban development merges smoothly with the rich history of agriculture, horse shows, driving tracks, golf and gun ranges, as well as unique festivals and events throughout the year. It's like Downtown Vancouver but much more airy and open, you'll have an amazing time!
What makes this property unique
For those with a vehicle, you'll probably save a lot of fuel and get decent exercise in because everything you need is within walking distance. Parking is available on the building premises, but there are several free parking spots on the street as well. If you don't have a vehicle, bus transit is just steps away from the building to connect you anywhere in the Lower Mainland.
