Comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Ideal accommodation for family/friends on holidays or business trips.

Main Level: Spacious open floor: Living/Dining/ and Fully-equipped Kitchen. Bedroom (1) with Queen Size Bed and En-suite Full-Bathroom. Screened Courtyard with Private Pool and sitting area and half-bath.
Upper Level: Great Master Bedroom with KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (3) w/ QueenSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (4) w/ two TwinSize beds. Bedroom (5) w/ BunkBed TwinSize over FullSize Loft with Game Room area and Home Theater Area , with great comfort for all Family Stay. Bathroom. Washer/Dryer room.

Outdoor recreation includes a Volleyball Court and Multi-purpose Sports Courts, Children's Playground, Resort-style Pool with a Lazy River, Tiki Bar & Spa.

The resort is located on Westside Blvd. just off US 192, giving it easy access to the major highways and a short drive distance to attraction parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, museums, and nature trails, among other entertainment options.

The contemporary decoration and the layout of this two-story townhome provide seamless accommodation for up to 12 guests that can fit within its suites and rooms.
Clean lines, immaculate whites, navy blues and gray blends create a contemporary atmosphere that invites guests to enjoy the warmth that this townhome offers to both families and groups of friends to spend a great time.

The main level consists of a bedroom with QueenSize beds, a shared full-bathroom with glass enclosed shower, a fully-equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances sharing a living and dining space, and a wall-to-wall window that creates an open view to the screened courtyard with private pool and sitting area.

On the upper level there is a seating space where guests can enjoy their favorite TV shows and movies, plus a great GameRoom Area w Home Theater , with great comfort for all Family Stay. A great master bedroom with KingSize bed and ensuite bathroom with glass enclosed shower invites guests to relax after a busy day of fun. Along the hallway there are another three bedrooms: one with QueenSize bed and ensuite full-bathroom, another with two TwinSize beds, and the last with BunkBed Twin over FullSize beds. A full-bathroom and the Washer/Dryer room is also in this floor.
