FarmHouse on 20- Country Retreat

In true FarmHouse fashion our home just keeps on going. A spacious kitchen that is immediately adjacent to the large dining room for family gatherings around the dining table. The wrap around porch allows for additional areas to sit back and relax. 5 spaceous bedrooms that have large closets, 32” smart tvs, oscilating fans and vanity desks. There is wireless internet throughout the house, with a hardwire line available in the dedicated office space. On the second level there is a bathroom with a full tub/shower, main floor offers a powder room as well as a bathroom with a shower stall. The laundry room is on the main level. There is a patio table and chairs, large umbrella and BBQ.

Great time close to wine country!
The Farmhouse on 20 was exactly as advertised. A fantastic location just a short drive to local wineries, and about 30 minutes to Lake Erie There is plenty of space with the house and a large outdoor space, prefect for enjoying the sunshine. The house itself had everything that was needed for the stay.

Charming Farmhouse Rental
The FarmHouse retreat was excellent for our two-family, five-day stay while attending nearby family reunion in Pelham area. The house was true to the description in the listing, nicely furnished, very clean, and well equipped with plenty of room to spread-out. Our host, Cathy was friendly making communication, check-in, etc was a breeze. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and the host.
