When you book with us, you'll have access to all areas of the property, including the Main House Top Floor Bedrooms (Sleeps 6), the Bunk Room (Sleeps additional 12) and the Pool House (Sleeps 5). This ensures that you and your guests have a comprehensive and enjoyable experience. If you prefer to exclude access to the Bunk room and/or Pool House from your booking, please let us know at the time of reservation, and we will adjust the pricing accordingly.

If it’s cooler outside, relax on the sumptuous corner couch and enjoy a drink while you gaze out and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains, while the flames from the fireplace flicker beside you. Just out the back you’ll find the pool, spa pool and fire pit, the perfect place to recharge after a day on the dam or hiking.

You have access to the whole property; you will not share with any other guests. The rates shown on this listing are for the full house including exclusive access to the Bunk Room and Pool house, which sleeps up to total of 23 guests. This property is equipped with external security cameras overlooking the driveways, pool, spa and general outdoor areas for general safety and property protection. Cameras are not actively monitored during your stay, and footage is only reviewed in the event of an incident. You will find these cameras on the Southwest corner Eaves and Northeast corner eaves at both the front and back of the house. The cameras can only be moved remotely, and the cameras will move and/or reset position due to automated movement detection (i.e. If something like a bird flies by, the camera may revert to its original position). so please do not try to access or unplug any equipment. If you are found to have tampered with internet or security equipment/cords a fee will be charged for a technician to come out and fix the devices, remember we are regional so travel and call out fees will apply. Please just do us all a favour and please just don’t touch any of this equipment.

Moogerah Lake Houses are in the most relaxed carefree neighbourhood. With this said everyone needs to consider our neighbours so we are asking you to consider your noise levels on weekdays at 10pm and Friday nights and weekends please consider your noise levels around midnight and adjust your noise levels to suit the quiet environment you’re in.
Moogerah Lake Houses are in close proximity to bush-land, the lake and national park, so wildlife of all kinds, big and small are very common.
