Modern Neighborhood Condo

If you like the comfort of neighborhood living, check this place. Neighborhoods in Montreal means you find your necessitates near by (walkable). This location is central and has close by access to the Subway system. The Host is always available and in contact for as much as you need throughout your stay. Highly recommend this listing!

We enjoyed our stay and love the opportunity to have a comfy place to land at the end of the day. We loved the rooftop patio. Having somewhere to cook and have a full fridge as well as laundry facilities made our Montréal stay one we will be inclined to repeat.

Modern apartment in a great location

We were impressed with how modern and well equipped the apartment was. It was also in a fantastic location and extremely walkable to the metro, markets, shops, restaurants and neighborhood parks. Jonathan was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all of our questions leading up to and during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment. It was a perfect fit for me, my husband, and teenage daughter.

amazing bright charming 2 bed 2 bath unit

We spent pride weekend in Montreal - the suite is just 10 min by foot from the village so we were close but not too close. The unit is also close to Mount Royal Av which is a charming pedestrian-only street. The unit was very well-appointed and the beds were terrific.

Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this loft apartment! Everything was perfect for our family of four. The apartment was impeccably clean, had a modern vibe, and was remarkably peaceful. Parking on the street was hassle-free, and we found it convenient to rely on public transportation throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful accommodation that made our Montreal trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Great Location and Very Comfortable Apt

It was our first time traveling to Montreal together. The apartment is in a great location close to St Catherine’s street and The Village, as well as La Fontaine Park. Short walk to groceries and a few cafes. Everyone we interacted with spoke English and was so kind. Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Loved all the balconies and gardens during the summer. The apartment has very high ceilings and lots of natural light. Primary bed was very comfortable. Apartment is nicely furnished. Overall great stay and would stay here again.

Amazing experience

We had an amazing time staying at this property! We had everything we needed from a practical standpoint as well as everything we could have hoped for from a luxury perspective. The layout is both functional and original in its design. Probably one of the coolest we’ve stayed. Lots of natural light, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. As well the location was central to anywhere we wanted to go both for walking and public transit. Lastly the property manager was responsive and nice to work with. We would easily stay here again if we had the opportunity!

brand new (2024) and well located for "real" montreal

Excellent brand new 2 bed apartment fully equipped. 2 flights up from street level. Excellent written instructions and guides in apartment, local shops, bars, supermarket, restaurants and a wonderful boulangerie within a few mins walk; metro stations Beaudry and Sherbrooke about 10 mins walk. Edge Plateau and also near the "Village"
