As you step inside, you'll be drawn towards the open and airy main living, dining and kitchen area, with white and neutral tones creating a calming atmosphere. Flooded with natural light this space is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It offers a free flowing lay out with air conditioning and heating throughout.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and a beautiful kitchen bench ideal for lazy mornings drinking coffee and coming together over breakfast.Or if its a workcation, you’ll find working from this space an absolute pleasure with WIFI provided.

Leading out to the backyard you can sit back and relax in the fantastic, private outdoor space complete with outdoor dining .Or maybe you can read a good book while enjoying the afternoon seabreeze relaxing in the hammock.


The living area is spacious and bright with room for the whole family, with a comfortable sofa and Samsung Smart TV .Board games are provided.The spacious master retreat is immaculately presented including a Queen bed and premium bedding ensuring a good nights sleep. It has its own ensuite including a shower and vanity The Master Retreat also has its own Samsung Smart TV allowing for a movie in bed or watch the morning news with a cup of tea.The remaining two bedrooms are impeccably styled with a double bed in each , premium linen and crisp white plantation shutters allowing for those important holiday sleep ins.

A modern bathroom highlights a spacious shower/ bath combo and vanity.With complimentary toiletries for your stay. For your convenience the laundry has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board with direct access to the washing line. Parking for 2-3 cars is provided including garage parking.There are plenty of games and toys provided to keep the kids entertained while you relax.A travel cot and high chair also readily available on request.

Please note there is an external camera located on the front entrance. This is external only .

During your stay , you and your guests will have the entire property to yourself. It is your home away from home.

It is important that our guests are left to relax and enjoy the property and their downtime. With this in mind I will leave you in peace unless you need advice or have any questions. I am available at all times via phone or email..I have compiled a detailed guest manual for you to use during your stay, guiding you towards the best shops, cafes, restaurants and transport options in the neighbourhood .
