The home is equipped with a private pool, game room, TV and Wifi throughout, BBQ grill as well as access to all the club amenities. Come ready to relax and enjoy your vacation in this home!

Aviana Resort is a beautiful, gated community featuring a clubhouse with multiple amenities including, pool table, ping pong table, heated community pool, community hot tub, pool cabanas, fitness center, sand volleyball court, putting green, fishing pier, playground, multiple TV's and free broadband internet. Aviana is also close to Disney and other major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Providence Golf Club is just down the road and only minutes from Champions Gate Golf Resort, for the family members who play golf. And lastly, if you want to enjoy the Florida beaches, it is about 2 hours to the east and west coast beaches.

Amazing stay and wonderful communication!
We absolutely loved our stay in Davenport! The house was immaculate. Everything worked well. We were completely relaxed and well taken care of. Everything we needed we had available to us. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Good
The whole reason we rented a house with a private pool was so we could enjoy swimming. However is was raining so we couldn't swim. We also couldn't grill or relax on the back patio pool area because it was covered by only a screen. There was no protection from the rain. We also were not happy that their were no tvs in any of the bedrooms. We will not rent this specific home again. We had a friend that rented in the same gated community and they not only had tvs in all bedrooms they also had Xbox game system. We were much happier in the 3/3 condo that we normally rent every year.

Everything nice
The only issue was the palm tree sdropin sap on one of are cars also yard sprinkler system needs to be checked or adjusted other than that we would stay at this house again
