Inside, the open-plan living and dining area offers comfortable seating for six and a fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere during cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation, from a coffee machine and dishwasher to cookware, utensils, and plenty of storage for your own ingredients. Ceiling fans throughout the home provide comfort in summer, while oil heaters and the fireplace ensure warmth in winter.

The outdoor space invites you to enjoy alfresco dining with a table for six, a gas BBQ, and a spacious lawned area. A fire pit provides the perfect setting for stargazing on cooler nights, though guests are reminded to observe fire restrictions during the restricted burning season.

This home features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe with ample storage, bedside tables, a ceiling fan, and a private ensuite bathroom. An attached office also allows for remote work. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and wardrobe space, while the third bedroom has two single beds, making it perfect for children. Both secondary bedrooms share a main bathroom equipped with a shower, bath, and vanity, with a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

The property also includes a functional laundry with a washing machine and cleaning supplies, as well as an outdoor clothesline for drying. Please note, there is no air conditioning or clothes dryer at this property.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
