Bed 4: Two single beds
Split bathroom: Shower and bath, seperate WC and basin
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area (no TV downstairs), outdoor entertaining courtyard with table/chairs and BBQ, outside fire pitt, seperate laundry

Kayaks for your enjoyment, including life jackets.
Our kayak fleet includes a double kayak, kids' kayak and two single kayaks, plus added wheels to our larger kayaks for easier transportation.
Details of where to take kayaks are given on day of arrival.

Alexandra, your host will be in touch with you before your stay. She will meet you on arrival, show you around, give you front door access code and answer all your questions.

If she is not available, the door code is given to you prior to your stay.

Once entering the property guests agree that use of aquatic equipment is at their own risk and the owners are not liable if the said equipment breaks down or causes harm to guests.

The following rules apply to pets:
Wet, sandy or dirty dogs are not allowed into the house.
No dogs are allowed on the furniture or carpeted areas.
Please bag and dispose of pet waste appropriately
