About this property

Newly renovated family cottage situated at waters edge in a quiet bay on Upper Rideau lake. Lovely, swimming waterfront w shallow entry but gets deep, not weedy. Floating dock for diving and sun tanning.

Cottage has three bedrooms with one bathroom in the main cottage. Kitchen and bathrooms are brand new, fully renovated. New flooring and paint throughout. A dry boathouse offers a fourth finished bedroom.
Large deck off of cottage with lounge area. Barbecue. Stone fireplace. Additional outdoor area with picnic table and umbrella. Lots of mature trees with mix of sun and shade. Open lawn area for outdoor games.

Situated on a quiet bay, with the views of the main lake (Upper Rideau). Sitting on the deck, you will enjoy seeing the ducks swim by, fish jumping, paddlers passing by, with very little motorized boat activity in the bay.
