Lush Foliage and a grand entry welcome you to the home, and a central stairwell and elevator connect three floors of luxury living featuring hardwood floors and custom trim.

The home features a queen ensuite downstairs with walk-in shower and french doors leading to the pool. Second floor living areas have access to a large deck overlooking the private pool. The third floor is dedicated to sleeping space having the Master suite with jacuzzi, walk-in shower, and balcony with ocean view at one end of the hall, and the other bedrooms on the other. The hall full bath features a tub/shower combo. You will find everything you need for your vacation including a stocked gourmet kitchen, clean and fresh linens, bathroom amenities, and beach and pool supplies. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
