Centrally located cozy room in a two bedroom basement apartment. A Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. It is Ten (10) minutes drive to YYC international airport, cross iron mall, laundromat, Costco. Two (2) minutes walk to convenience store. We occasionally have guest staying in the other room so you share bathroom and common areas like kitchen and living room. But your room is private to just you.
