Or you can stay right on property and enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts, fitness center, concierge service and gas BBQ grills with tables to sit and enjoy your meal down on the grounds under a covered lanai on our 15 acre destination location..You have your own private parking space and new elevators right to your floor.
Happy New Year! We just changed out our queen bed to a Brand New Serta double-sided pillow top Cal King set, and added 2 new pedestal fans in the bedroom and on the bathroom counter to go along with your ceiling fan.
There's a new huge walk in shower, raised toilets and mirrors surround and even a blow dryer for your convenience.
So relax & watch your flat screen tv or a movie on your built in DVR. in your peaceful bedroom suite.
Down the hall your open and spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are all tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need including a sofa bed, fans, large flat screen TV, swivel rocker, games, books. We do have a washer and dryer in the unit (but this is for the housecleaners not the guest)
Our unit even has the LARGE lanai with a lounger and dining for 4 so you can watch the swaying palm trees while sipping wine and truly enjoy the trade winds while keeping the condo's temperature perfect. What an addition to your Maui experience.
The property is just minutes away from all of Kihei's best attractions, and guests are sure to get a true Hawaiian experience. Enjoy world class shopping and dining at the Beautiful Grand Wailea. Take a pleasant walk to shopping, dining, shave ice, tacos, ABC stores and much more or just go dip your feet in the ocean as you watch the sun go down. Calgon take me away!!!

Owner is a very nice person. However, condo needs lots of work. Refrigerator was DOA when we arrived. We did not have a refrigerator for 5 days. Old refrig had an auto ice maker, new one did not. Issues with hose leaking water until plumber capped. Dryer died on 5th day of stay. Repairman not avail to look at until after we left. Hung clothes on balcony to dry for 14 days. Carpets need cleaning. Owner offered to refund our money, but we were not able to find another place to stay that could accommodate the dates we needed. Furniture old & uncomfortable. Listed with A/C. Had no A/C, but did have fans. Multiple electrical outlets not working. We did receive a minimal refund from owner for spoiled groceries. Condo in great location.

Kamaole Sands Maui Unit 10-309
This is a prime location for access to the Kamaole III Beach. It has a large balcony with a great ocean view and a sense of privacy. The main bedroom has new queen size firm mattress. I have never slept better in the Hawaiian breeze. We had a question about our stay and the friendly host responded to our needs promptly.

Kamaole Sands is wonderful as usual!
Condo was great! King bed was comfortable and master bath/shower was really nice. Kitchen had plenty of cookware. Lanai was giant and a great place for the family to stay cool and have a cold beverage. There was lots of beach gear for us to use, which was great: Chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. Hide-a-bed was definitely pretty old, but it still worked fine. As usual, we loved Kihei and will be back again. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Sweet Spot
Lovely large lanai overlooking ponds and fountains. The grounds are beautifully kept. The interior is light and airy, open kitchen with island. The cross breezes kept the temperature comfortable. We enjoyed being able to use the boogie boards, beach chairs and fins. Really appreciated the elevator as my husband is recovering from ankle surgery. We felt Building 10 was the best with its close proximity to Kamaole Beach. Kam 2 has the best handicapped access. Wish condos came equipped with basic condiments beyond salt and pepper but it seems no one else’s did either. Very nice unit.

old and dirty
nothing updated since the 80's, furniture dirty, carpet stained, wash machine leaked, door lock broke had to call a locksmith, bedroom lamp had a life of it's own, went on and off randomly, bathroom dirty. broken stained furniture on balcony. The grounds were amazing, gardens beautiful, pool area clean and well kept. close to beaches, sadly the unit was a let down.

Great location, great property, great condo
This condo was exactly as it appears in the listing. The property is impeccably maintained, with great amenities. The ocean is so close we never even saw the pool. Condo was comfy, homey, and had everything you need after a quick grocery run. Host was a very patient and quick communicator. The only confusion was my not reading the materials shared, which the host promptly resent to me without complaint. Thank you Aurora!

Couldn’t open link to code for rental, owner of property did not answer phone, email or VRBO message. Okay Was able to get access on 2nd day, losing first night stay. Owner responded rudely and denied credit for night missed. Would never stay there again. No AC and big stains in carpet.

Comfortable and thoughtfully prepared
Very pleasant - everything you need and nothing you don't. Nice to have supplied bookie boards, beach umbrella and chairs for two. Struggled a bit with the lockbox on initial entrance (very sticky but finally opened after several tries), but once inside smooth sailing. A very nice "home base" for our two week exploration of Maui.

Spacious and quiet condo in a great complex
This was our second time staying at Kamaole Sands and we'd heard that building 10 was the best. It does have a great view of the gardens and the beach/ocean, and stellar breezes in the afternoon, and we enjoyed the oversized patio for every meal. The king sized bed was comfortable and the shower was also very nice. We also made good use of the side table in the entry where most of these units have an unusable closet. The unit could use an update on the upholstered furniture and linens, which are pretty shabby, but overall we were very comfortable and had a lovely time here.

South Kihei Condo.
The condo has good resort amenities, lots of paper and linen supplies in unit. It felt like home staying in this condo. Its location is ideal for shopping and dining in both Kihei and Waleia. Maui massage was a quick walk from unit. Has smart tvs with numerous apps like Hulu, Netflix, and dozens of other services. Loads of free movies too. This unit is big and roomy for 4 adults. I highly recommend this unit for your planned visit to Mauis southside.

Great location!
This condo is in a ideal location. Just across the street from a great beach. This unit is on the third floor with views of the ocean and mountains which you wont get on the lower floors. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. We had a hot week for the beginning of October so an AC unit in the bedroom would have been nice to have but plenty of fans to move the air. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book this unit again!

The best location in Kihei and the best building at Kamaole Sands. The unit has everything you need to enjoy the beach right across the street. Aurora was a pleasure to work with. She accommodated our last minute requests and even helped out when I left a valuable item in the condo. Highly recommend especially for airline employees traveling last minute. What a gem!

This unit is the perfect location. Directly across the beach from Kamaole III, a short walk to shops and dining. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans etc if you want to eat in. Lanai is large and shaded, perfect for early morning coffee and afternoon break from the sun. You can also watch the sunset from there. Sleeps four with one bedroom and a pullout in the living room. Bedroom bed very comfortable. Livingroom sleeping has the benefit of ocean breeze but pullout is as comfortable as you'd expect (not great). Overall a great accommodation and would stay here again.

Perfect Place to Enjoy Paradise!
We definitely made a great choice to stay here for our first trip to Maui! We vacationed here with our two teenage boys in February 2019. It is at a fantastic location straight across the road from the beach, with shops and restaurants located easy walking distance to the north. The condo is tastefully decorated and comes with all the comforts and amenities of home. The large lanai has great views of the water and the mountains of West Maui, making it a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. We do plan to stay here again when we come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The grounds were spectacular, our unit was great! Great location and fully equipped with all the necessary things o enjoy the beach life! The Park and beach across from the property was awesome! Really great snorkeling and lots of turtles. Would stay here again!

Great location
The Kamaole Sands property is one of my favorite (I've stayed at this property a number of times over the years). This unit, in building 10, is in a great location within the complex and offers a nice view from the lanai. The unit is well appointed, with just about everything you need provided in the kitchen. This is always good as the complex has a number of large Weber gas BBQs which you can use (and are immaculately cleaned each day).

What makes this property unique

We chose this fantastic property for its location and size and all of its amazing amenities. We are located in South Kihei directly across the street from Kam Beach 3, Maui's best snorkeling and within 2 minutes of all the 5 star hotels, shopping, oceanside walking paths, golf courses and luau in Wailea. It's all right here. If we choose , we can jump in th car for day trips to Hana and Haleakala or the Winery and stop along the way for strolls to wherever the paths take us.
