An open floor plan combines the living room with a spacious, full kitchen. A master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a second king size guest bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom! Located in the mix of Cocoa Beach with views of the Kennedy Space Center, the Banana River, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. You are also close to Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and Theme Parks. Great Vacation
Cocoa beach was so fun! The property was amazing! The condo had everything you need and everything for the beach. The pool was big and never busy! Great location, close to everything! The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach

Absolutely stunning view! Everything worked like it should inside. Small issues with the cleaning situation (but they were very quick to address and fix). Comfy beds, couch and chairs. Pool was clean. Check in and out process was simple. I definitely would recommend!!! Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. *If you have any issues they are super quick to address and fix!!!

My family of 4 plus grandparents had a wonderful week stay. The property is well maintained and comfortable. The pool is large and very nice. Great beach access. Several good restaurants nearby. Quiet property. Nice place to vacation!

Excellent Location But a little dated
The location was excellent, couldn’t be better, the rooms were large and spacious.The living room furniture definitely needs to be replaced, sofa was worn out, only outdoor chairs to sit in, who ever owns this unit at cocoa beach towers needs to do a few upgrades. The pictures were a little misleading. Still We had a wonderful time, and overall I would rent it again.
