All the modern comforts are here, with quality finishes and a master bedroom with ensuite. All bedrooms are spacious and include a split system air-conditioner, with plenty of storage space for your belongings.
There is a bathtub for a relaxing soak or to bath the kids!
The living room is the perfect spot for relaxation, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV.
The ideal way to cap off a day filled with adventure and swimming is to prepare a barbecue on your private balcony.
Guests also have access to a double lock up garage for 2 vehicles.
The beach is a scenic walk through the marina boardwalk (approx. 20 mins) or a 5-minute drive (approx) to the Safety Beach foreshore and the Safety Beach Sailing Club, within easy reach of Dromana's café scene, Peninsula wineries, and national park walks, and a world away from the hustle and bustle.

1. We do not accept any parties, schoolies or events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties.
2. This property is not pet friendly.
3. There are minimum age requirements for this property.
4. A $1000 bond will be taken after booking
5. All bookings will be confirmed once our vetting process has been completed

Kindly be aware that for stays exceeding three weeks, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Guests have the option to schedule this extra cleaning midway through their stay, or if preferred this can be deep cleaned at the end of the extended stay.

• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 9.30pm/10pm see house rules to 8.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas
