Our 2-story townhome offers a fun family stay with a private pool and patio, modern open living space, a dining table for 6, a breakfast bar with 4 seats, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every bedroom, good WiFi, and a washer and dryer. Resort amenities include a clubhouse, a large pool with a waterslide, a tiki bar, a gym, an arcade & sports courts. Just a short drive to Disney (8 mi), Universal (20 mi), SeaWorld (15 mi), Legoland (35 mi), and near shopping, outlets, dining, and golf!
The Space:
Welcome to our inviting townhome inside Paradise Palms, designed for families or groups of up to 10 coming to visit the theme park capital! This 1,902 sq ft townhome blends comfort with convenience and is mere minutes from Disney and Orlando’s popular attractions. You’ll have a private backyard with a covered patio, dining table, screened-in pool, and a few sun loungers. (*Pool heating is available from November to the end of April)
Inside, you’ll find a nice open living space with a sofa/TV area, kitchen and dining, all in view for relaxing downtime moments between adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals at home. There are four delightful and comfortable bedrooms with their own TV! Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a plush queen bed. Bedroom 3, with two double beds, and Bedroom 4, with two twin beds, are both uniquely themed bedrooms.
Additional conveniences include a laundry room with a washer and dryer and good WiFi throughout the home for the remote worker or student.

The townhome is about 28 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located within the Paradise Palms Resort community. There is free parking on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
The home is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you also have amazing resort-like amenities with other activities such as:
- A huge clubhouse pool with a waterslide, poolside dining, a tiki bar, arcade, fitness center, and various sports courts.
- Acres of nature and a lake nearby to walk or jog around.
- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out.
- Great golfing in the area, like Celebration or Buena Vista Golf Clubs

- There’s a starter pack of essentials that’s not replenished after you run out. It includes paper towels, dish sponges, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, one roll of toilet paper per toilet, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.
- Pool Heating is $50/day, must be purchased for the total length of stay, and must be requested 7 days before check-in.
- BBQ grill rental available for an additional fee. Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- It’s a two-story townhome, so guests need to climb stairs to reach the upper level.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $400 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- This is a pet-friendly property, but pets are only allowed with prior authorization and are subject to a $290 USD fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed for a total of $580 USD. Dogs must be on a leash when on the community premises. Please be responsible. The house has to be well cared for to avoid damages to the furniture and amenities.
