Beautiful 4 bedroom home located at the 19 mile marker of the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks. Upper level features the main living area with sectional, fireplace, TV and lake view. Dining Room has an 8 top table with bay window. Galley kitchen features all major appliances and some small appliances with anything you would need for meal planning. It also includes a 4 top table and chairs. Just off the eat in kitchen is a screened deck complete with couch, 2 chairs and 2 poufs.
Main level Master bedroom features a King bed with private bathroom which includes a standing shower. There is also a half bath located in the hallway.
Downstairs features the family room with 2 couches, large ottoman, TV, deck access and wet bar with mini fridge. Bedroom 1 features a full over full bunkbed. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed and deck access. There is a guest bathroom on the lower level with a tub/shower combo.
The upper deck is covered and has conversational seating and a gas grill. Lower level is also covered and has a 4 top table and chairs. This home comes with a 2 car garage and a 10 x 20 boat slip. Parking for 4 cars comfortably.
