The modern kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and a gas cooktop. A sleek breakfast bar offers additional seating for casual dining. Step into the alfresco area featuring a fully enclosed patio with a Webber BBQ, a large dining table, and a comfortable lounge setting.

The thoughtfully designed bedrooms cater to comfort in every season, each equipped with ceiling fans for summer and portable heaters for winter. The first bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a walk-in robe, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the alfresco patio. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
