The second bedroom offers views out towards the majestic Glasshouse Mountains. You will love waking up to these incredible views and refreshing seabreezes.

The apartment has been elegantly decorated with a modern living space, updated neutral flooring and tiling, gorgeous kitchen and modern furnishings. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the top level and have a separate shower and bath tub with laundry and separate toilet. There is a Queen in the main bedroom and a double in the 2nd bedroom, both rooms also have ceiling fans. This unit also comes with a TV and Wi-Fi.

The unit is located a short walk to Kings Beach with its wonderful restaurants, cafes, Surf Club, Tavern, waterpark, children's playground, free BBQs and tidal pool.

Unit 19 is located on the second level with approximately 24 steps from road level. There are about 15 internal steps from the living area to the bedrooms.

Parking is an under carpark with one designated spot, it may not be suitable for 4WD's. There are several free car parks directly out the front of the complex though.
