Nice location

Property is as listed. Has basic amenities but unit needs some care (rusty items, broken utensils, couch smells). Not enough dishes, flatware & drinking glasses. Everything is adequate. Nice skylight in bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ww were very happy with our accommodations. Staff was excellent. The views spectacular..practically a private beach. I loved the balcony. You can't hear or see your neighbors!! Pretty quit. A few guest came and left that were a bit loud and aggressive..but thankfully they didn't stay long. it is our hiding place..extremely affordable for the privacy and beautiful beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous condo with magnificent view of the beach and gulf. Loved the easy walk to the beach and beautiful views as well from the patio. The quick response from RVA with minimal questions or concerns about the unit was appreciated.

Thanksgiving beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property for Thanksgiving, while visiting our niece at USF/Sarasota. The location was great - close to Publix and a couple of great restaurants, Harry's and the Lazy Lobster. The condo complex is small, which we liked, and the heated pool and oceanfront was perfect! Nice to see the property has preserved their dunes and sea grape boundary, and also nice that it was "lights out" for the sea turtles. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving vacation!

Beach

The location is great, so close to the beach, you can walk to a coffee shop and supermarket and for the evening it is not far to drive to restaurants. As much as we loved our stay there, the property is starting to look a bit tired and could do with an update especially in the kitchen with some new dishes, cutlery and cookware.

We loved our stay in longboat key. The condo was great. We were concerned that our room might be too small but it was perfect for us. Great place to stay and steps to the beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Weekend Vacay

Nice beachfront location. Love seeing and hearing ocean from room balcony. Small complex, which was perfect for easy access to pool and beach. The kitchen had all appliances and cook wear needed to prepare meals. The room was clean other than a few sugar ants invading kitchen sink. Had to be extra careful not to leave any crumbs around, I put open food in ziplock bag or refrigerator. Thought I read no pets. Did see a dog in parking lot and heard one barking in the next unit. Not really a problem for me but could be annoying. Bed was comfortable. AC good. Grounds were kept clean. Bathroom ok, shower tiles need more attention to cleaning. I enjoyed my weekend stay. Will definitely be back.

Perfect for couple getaway

Located away from the crowds, slow pace, quiet. Great for relaxing and getting away for a few days. Close enough to all the bars and restaurants yet far enough away to not be in the crowds or traffic.

Not as good as I expected

Positive: Location is awesome! Close to water, true beach view, sunsets to the water. Nice clean beach overall, clean water. Free beach chairs and umbrellas. Some of them are broken though and pretty small, so we bought a sun shade in the Walmart and used it entire stay. Not crowdy at all! Publix store is just 3 minutes away. Nearest restaurants are 8 min away. Negative: Photos are photoshopped and actual property is not as good as on the pictures. Paint pealing off from window frames, rusted door hinges, old and dirty switchers and outlets, rusted mirror in the bathroom. Not really clean. There are artificial decorative flowers in the room with a THICK layer of dust on them. Ceiling fans also has a many months dust layer. AC grill and filter was clogged with dust as well. I found a brand new filter in the closet so I have changed the AC filter by myself. I am a tall guy, and I saw a layer of dust on the fridge with a dead bug laying on it. Disgusting! And speaking of bugs. When we came into the room, the ceiling was covered with a little bugs, half to 1 inch long. Not sure what kind of bugs was it, around 15-20 of them. Lucky all of them were on the ceiling and I was able to kill all of them. During a 5 days of stay, there were 3-4 new bugs like that. And speaking of AC. They don't let you put temperature lower then 74. If you like colder, be aware. Even at 74, it runs pretty hard to keep the temperature. Mattress on the bed is old, and have a dip under the butt.

Perfect getaway spot

We travel to LBK annually. First time at this property. It was great and will go back again. The view from the patio, steps away from the white sandy beach was great. Although we did not use the pool, it was clean and the pool area was tidy, many people were enjoying it. The room was comfortable and so quiet. The shower was AMAZING! Negatives? Living room TV needs to be upgraded and interior shower curtain needs to be replaced. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this for your beach trip to the Longboat Key area.

Gorgeous View

Just what we were looking for. The condo was adequate for our needs. View was perfect! Steps to the beach. Quiet and peaceful! Inside the condo, the sofa wasn’t comfortable for lounging in the evening; it was hard. One balcony chair needs to be replaced. Bottom of seat sagging which may give way very soon. Slight inconveniences (sofa and chair) but loved the area and would like to return.
