The charming 3 bedroom 4 bath home is located minutes from Costco, bank, restaurants and shopping centers. Walk to everything. Beach is a short 25 minute walk. Experience the charm of living in a true Mexican Home in a residential area. Beautiful park is directly across the street from the home. Perfect for your daily walks with your pet or just for a daily jog.
Once you enter the home, your surprised by the large open spaces and garden areas inside the home. Beautiful garden area with fountain greets you as you walk into the home. Two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and each opens up to another private garden area with fountain. Perfect place to read a book or just relax. Secured parking for 1 car in court yard.Get away from vertical towers or condos. Enjoy Mexico at its best. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect long term stay

My wife, our 2 dogs, and I stayed here for 3 months. The house is spacious and really comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. There is a large park across the street (perfect for dog owners) as well as groceries, many restaurants, pastry shop, and gym all within a 10 minute walk. The owners as well as the property manager were vey easy to deal with. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back.

Lovely quiet house within walking distance of stores and restaurants

Thank you for Chris and Mich for allowing us to stay a month in your lovely house in Puerto Vallarta. The house met our needs perfectly, and the neighborhood was so quiet. My husband was able to do his daily Tai Chi in the park across the street. It is very convenient to Costco, La Comer (supermarket), restaurants, and the marina where the scuba diving boat launched. It is also very easy to hail taxis in the area. The house was comfortable for days off from sightseeing and diving, and we had everything we needed for preparing meals. We definitely will be visiting Puerto Vallarta again, and will stay here again as well!

Spacious Accommodation - Great for Pet Lovers

Nice property with plenty of room. Great full kitchen, even though you don't want to cook on vacation, it was nice to be able to prepare some things. Wonderful dog park across the street where we could get our pet fix. Easy walk to grocery, bank, pharmacy and local bus routes. Very pleasant experience.

absolutely charming and comfortable

We loved our stay in this casa. We were there for a month and found it bright and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds and couches. We especially loved the large outdoor terrace, and spent a lot of time and ate a lot of our meals out there. The location was highly convenient as it is close to many restaurants and taco stands. As well, Costco, Walmart, a brand-new Mega, as well as two handy Oxxo's, a bank, and a pharmacy were all nearby. Buses downtown were frequent and inexpensive. Internet connections never failed, and the TV offered more channels than we could watch. It's a great house for a family as well as for adults. We would definitely recommend it.

Want to say a big Thank You to Chris & Mich, we loved your home. The home was as described, pictures truly showed the home, and in a quiet neighborhood. The park across the street was large and we used it for our daily walks. Very well equipped kitchen, we did not need for anything. We would love to come back in high season. We have been going to Puerto Vallarta for over 23 years and this was our first Home Away experience and we could not have chosen a better home. We had a few minor problems that were quickly taken care of by the property manager, Property owners were great to work with and responded to any questions quickly. Again, this will be a great place to stay.

WE Love Mexico! With 45 combined Years in the Airline Industry We have traveled extensively. However, no place has won our hearts quite like Puerto Vallarta.
The weather, music, food, and gentle pace of life, gives you the room to love "the little things" in life!
The Mexican Nationals have a passion for life and Family!

What makes this property unique

Initially we loved the rustic charm of Casa Guacamayo. The stone floors, brick walls and exposed wooden beam ceilings and hand carved doors, gave us the Western Flare of home.
It was the Green space directly across from us that fell in love with, "Parque Los Pajaros". The sights and sounds are heart warming. At the base of the Seirra Madre Mountains, Children engage in Scouts, girl guides & soccer. Taekwondo & Yoga are also popular in the park. There's a playground and basketball hoops, as well as a path to run track. Most importantly for us, the Lush trees provide a wonderful off leash retreat to exercise our dogs who, otherwise don't do so well on the hot concrete jungle of the touristy hotel zones.
The neighbourhood of professional Nationals, is well lit & centrally located.
Las Arailas has a great Vibe. We love our little home, and hope you will too!
