This gorgeous and spacious Six-bedroom/Six-bathroom home is sure to impress you from the moment you arrive. The ample living room space is perfect for large groups or families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at home for your use, however, we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the private swimming pool with a spa out on the patio with family or friends. Enjoy the location of this house, with a view of a small hill of this community. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool and hot tub heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 days. Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for pool and hot tub heat. This home is pet-friendly. We do not charge a pet fee, however, pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds damages by pets will incur a $250 fee. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details. Travel thru the Galaxy in the Star wars themed room, play a tune with Coco or play golf with Mickey. This house has it all, even a play room! Come and enjoy your family in this Luxury home. Temporary structures are strictly forbidden by the HOA. This rental property has a Doorbell camera in the exterior of the home pointed toward street and front door.
