Welcome to 1404 Jones Ave, lower. This lower level zero stairs, studio apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife and shopping on Tybee. It is also just a ten minute walk to the beach. It is tucked off the main strip to allow for privacy and quiet. It sleeps four with ample parking for your vehicles. 1404 Jones lower features a walk in shower and ping pong table! As a studio it does not have a full kitchen. 1404 Jones lower does include a full sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot to get your mornings started right! Stay at 1404 Jones and enjoy relaxing on Tybee time!!!!!

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great weekend getaway

We haven’t been to Tybee Island before and weren’t very impressed with the island in general. Our stay was as expected with no issues. We really enjoyed the ping pong table!

Meh

There were several issues with the property, most notably the bed and the electrical system. They both need replaced asap. The bed frame was broken and uncomfortable, the breakers kept flipping do to an outdated electrical system that is running the upstairs and downstairs units. It was a nightmare to try and get ahold of the property managers as they don’t answer their phones or return your call. Otherwise, decent property not far from the action.
