About this property

The Honey Harbour Hideaway on Little Beausoleil

A perfect place for families to experience a cottage on beautiful Little Beausoleil Island. If it's a dip in the bay, a hike at Beausoleil Island National Park, roasting marshmallows at the campfire, or kicking back on the deck in a Muskoka chair, this will be your happy place. This cottage is west/national park-facing, so you can enjoy the sun and picture-perfect sunsets of Muskoka. The cottage is equipped with indoor plumbing, cedar lined interior, and a beautiful original stone fireplace. Cozy and rustic cedar interior with original heritage fireplace made of Georgian Bay stone (the cottage was actually built around the fireplace!). The cottage has an updated washroom (including shower), 2 bedrooms, open concept kitchen, eat-in area and living room.

Outside, guests will find a large dock with a ladder (great for swimming/using the lilypad), a lawn area (great for games), and a contained sand area (great for play). The sandy beach water entrance makes accessing the water safe and easy. The separate contained beach/sand area is great for enjoying the sun, having a campfire, playing games, and playing in the sand. The property also has a shady grass area with a 1 ended horseshoe pit, picnic table, and a space for multiple activities and fun outside. There are many lawn games to choose from in the shed!
Last but not least the deck offers some amazing sunset/lake views, as you look out onto the national park and can enjoy looking the beauty of Muskoka (a great spot for morning coffee/afternoon drink too!).
