About this property
Boardwalk on Bright Coastal Apartment
Summary:
Overlooking the Bright St boardwalk and wetlands, this architecturally designed single-level apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. Whether you are coming to the Surf Coast for a wedding, event or relaxing seaside stay, this brand-new residence has a contemporary coastal aesthetic and presents a luxurious base from which to explore the Great Ocean Road. Close to sports precinct, shops, parkland and the farmer’s market, the sunny apartment has a courtyard, BBQ, 2 bedrooms, 3 x A/C’s and WIFI.
The Space:
Light, bright and beautifully presented, this 2-bedroom ground floor apartment looks over a stunning wetland and boardwalk. From your front door you can stroll across to the pond, where you can sit and watch the birds and ducks that call this place home. The westerly aspect from the living area, deck and bedrooms put you in a front row position for colourful sunsets over the distant Cypress shelterbelt trees. At night, the boardwalk illuminates the pond so you can further appreciate the landscaped surrounds of the Quay 2 Estate.
The apartment is styled with coastal furnishings and decor that inspire relaxed living. Ideally oriented to capture the north and west sunshine into the open plan kitchen, living and dining room, the sliding doors extend the living space out to the courtyard and lawn. This is the spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks whilst cooking the BBQ, or preparing for a night out.
Set up to accommodate 4 guests, the comfortable interior setting enhances the experience at ‘Boardwalk on Bright’. Curl up on the comfortable lounge suites with a good book, use the WIFI or watch movies to your heart’s content (Netflix connectivity). Split system heating-cooling units in the main living hub and both bedrooms provide year-round climate comfort, combined with the eco and acoustic benefits of double-glazed windows.
A great size kitchen offers everything you need to dine at home - well-equipped crockery, cutlery, cookware, tea, Aldi coffee pod machine and some pantry essentials are provided, plus quality stainless-steel appliances (gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher). Dine at the 4-seater dining table, or enjoy a wine outside at the patio setting. A console desk is also available to use for any work requirements.
Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury white hotel quality sheets and towels (not the coloured bed linen in photos). We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and the other room has Twin Single Beds. Both have A/C units for heating and cooling.
Bedroom Configuration Summary:
Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 – Twin Single Beds
