- NOTE: The homeowner lives on-site, in a completely separate unit, and may be present during your stay
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is part of a Ring doorbell device by the front door facing the front entrance, 2 cameras are located above the front door facing the front entrance and driveway, and 2 cameras are located on either side of the home facing the pool equipment and the side gates to the property. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected by the devices or when the video doorbell button is pressed

PALM SPRINGS RESTRICTIONS (PLEASE READ BEFORE ARRIVAL):
- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 4 people with only 2 persons allowed per bedroom. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed
- Parking Limits: Only 1 car is allowed per bedroom
- In-person Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy
