This ultra-modern holiday home is perfect for a relaxing South Coast get away.
The space
Luxe retreat is situated a short 5-minute walk to the pristine waters of North Mollymook Beach as well as a 2 minute walk to Mollymook shops, Gwylo & Bannisters Rooftop Resturant. Mollymook is a playground for coast lovers.
North Mollymook is perfect for a relaxing beach day or even a walk around the rocks. South Mollymook is family friendly with lifeguards guarding the beach, the ‘Bogey hole’ perfect for the little ones, a large playground with ocean views as well as the usual delicious eateries such as the Golf Club & Beach Hut cafe.
A quick 10 minute walk away you will fine the infamous Rick Steins restaurant & Bannisters Pool Bar.
Besides its ideal location, this stunning holiday house features an immense amount of comfort & relaxation.
The open-plan lounge / kitchen area has a high ceiling to allow downstairs to feel airy and fresh. And for this colder season there is an indoor fire place for that extra bit of warmth.
The back sliding doors open up to the outdoor dining/lounge area. The backyard is fully fenced and full of sun!
The master bedroom upstairs is breath taking with a commodious walk in wardrobe and a ultra modern en suite.
