Located in the heart of Sylvan Lake. The Heart Haven may look small from the outside but its BIG on value on the inside. Boasting 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, vaulted ceiling, gas stove and electric fireplace.

The private fenced outdoor living space includes a 2 person Hot-Tub! If you are searching for that cozy cottage with all the special highlights, this is it.


The space has been fully renovated and your personal enjoyment and relaxation was the center of its design. Before you even walk through the door, you are greeted with a two person tub, firepit, BBQ, & bar area. Inside you will find fully equipped kitchen for your homecooked meals. The tub in the main bathroom has duel shower jets and touch lighting.

There is an additional half bathroom conveniently located at the entry way. The living room has a 57 inch TV with Roku access to over 50 channels, including Netflix .

The master bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed with double closets and desk for work space. The second room has double bunk on bottom and twin on top with TV DVDs and games. Perfect for romantic getaways, family vacation, or your own personal time out.

You will have access to the entire house and deck.
