BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Flat property – land goes up and down as long as you go along the trails deep in the woods

Sandy beach with a lot of space to play around the main cottage and near the beach

Sandy walk in entry to the water – acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues-bottom can be soft in some areas

No weeds in the swimming area – some around it – water shoes not required

Dock: 20 ft x 6 ft – water is 3-5 ft at the end of the dock

The lake can accommodate motorboats however is not very big lake

The lake is good for paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
