Welcome to this very cosy and comfortable two bedroom home on Nile Street in Orange.
This great home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from Bills Beans, Nile Street Cafe and Charred Hatted Restaurant.

Inside, the home is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living area is snug and spacious whilst the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need if you want to stay in and cook.

Ideal for workers, solo travellers, two couples or a small family, we are certain this home will make for the perfect base when you are next visiting the region.

Sunrooms: Two spacious sunrooms at the front and rear of the house, one with a desk and reading nook.
Outdoors: Undercover dining area with BBQ, where you can turn on the fairy lights as the sun sets or move to the firepit (BYO wood and fire starters).

Heating & Cooling:
Our home has a gas heater in the living area as well as 2x mobile tower fans.

Parking:
Free street parking only in a quiet neighbourhood.

Linen:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

East Orange is a residential neighborhood located in a quiet and peaceful area that is known for its tree-lined streets, spacious parks, and friendly community.

The property is just a short walk from a variety of great shops, cafes, restaurants and parks. There are two great coffee spots for your morning coffee close by. Nile Street Cafe is only 200m from the home, whilst Bills Beans is 500m.
If you want an incredible dining experience, stroll on down to Charred Restaurant, where you can experience a delicious set menu featuring local produce.

If you want to venture into town on foot, it would take you about 15 minutes. Once you are in the CBD, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, boutique shopping, bars, parks and more.

Some of our best wineries and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Neat, tidy and conveniently located
The property was clean and comfortable. Good size for 2 adults and 2 children.Owner communication was clear and pleasant.We enjoyed our stay.Only suggestion is to perhaps include some long life milk in standard supplies. We arrived late and couldn’t find anything in town That sells milk open after 10.
