What We Love
The houses in blue-ribbon Bellevue Hill are palatial examples of perfect luxury, and this modern family retreat doesn’t disappoint. Boasting spacious living, superb amenities and a sunny fenced garden with private pool and barbecue, this is the ideal escape for a family or group of friends wanting to stay in the most exclusive of destinations, with accommodation to match.
A superb example of broken-plan living creates distinct entertaining spaces, each with its luxurious charm, whilst keeping you connected to the rest of the space. Think grand marble-topped breakfast bar overlooking a chic sofa arrangement next to statement modern art and lighting; follow the room around and you’ll find a formal indoor dining table and a luxe cocktail bar. Full-sized sliding doors surround the space, extending your relaxation into the sublime fenced garden, and inviting you to make use of the barbeque, alfresco table and of course your private pool. There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
