Great place

I was there for 2 months for work. The place was great a bit noisy on weekends from others in the building that have no regard for others.

The apartment booked through Rockies Rentals was great. However, what made this better than great was the exceptional customer service offered by Rockies Rentals. From the moment we booked they shared detailed information to support our trip. Any questions were immediately answered and nothing was too much trouble. This is how holiday rentals should work. They are a fantastic company to rent from as they ensured that the apartment was well equipped and helped to ensure our visit to the Rockies was perfect.

Very Clean

Matched the pictures and the description, the condo was very clean. The only complaint is that the elevator was not working and we had to climb a few flights of stairs with our luggage. If I had been informed ahead of time I would have been more prepared.

Simply Wonderful

The apartment was simply wonderful. The location was great, it was well equipped and provided a fantastic base to explore the area. The hosts were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved our Stay!

We spent 6 nights and it had everything we needed. We were within walking distance of Canmore town centre. We stopped by the Rockie Rentals and was able to borrow bear spray and a national park pass for the many walks we did in the area. Loved our stay and would recommend it to others!

The space was good, but the ventilation is poor. It was very hot all the time we stayed there and we were not able to leave the ventilation. The backup system was super noisy. Accommodation is ok. For the price (althoughin Canmore there is almost no accommodation below this price), I would have expected a little better. Thanks to our host, though. The instructions for the space and how to get there were very clear.

Spacious Apartment with everything needed

The stay was great. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The hosts checked in with us by the phone after check in to make sure we were happy with the room and had what we needed. Mixed feelings about this review. I really enjoyed my stay until the last day. the place is just as described and nice, no complaints. Rockies Rentals was quite good to work with also. However, on the last night, the door lock broke and I could not get in the unit. It took a few hours to get assistance as the Solera front desk would not help and the emergency number wasn't working. Once I finally got a hold of a helpful person, they unlocked the door. But, getting to that point was very difficult. Regarding Solera, I've stayed a few times and each unit seems to need some maintenance. The theater is closed and the gym has limited hours. The staff is not helpful. Underground parking is great however.

Exactly as described, Great Location

My family and I loved our stay. The place is exactly as described and a great location to get to Banff and especially downtown Canmore to explore. You definitely need to read the message about parking and finding the correct elevator in order to get to the suite but the instructions clearly tell you. Would absolutely stay here again.

Short Getaway

I came for a short vacation getaway. This location was great as close to Banff. The apartment was clean and exactly what I was looking for. Being able to have the underground parking and with a bus stop right out front access was great! The only recommendation I would have is to include more information on how to access the pool facilities. I was confused when I went to go use it as my code did not work so I had to call for help. They were pretty quick on getting back but still lost out on over an hour of time waiting. So for those who are going know that you need a separate code to access the pool which you can get from reception. Other than this it was a great stay and I would highly recommend for anyone.

Great stay

My wife loved the property and aminities. So no regrets from me. Just a couple of call outs, it was hard to find the location to get in as the property had two elevators. The sofa bed was not comfortable for two kids as one corner was little slanting on extension. You will always get a response/assistance when u need something.
