Set on conservation protected land the house is an architecturally designed spacious contemporary home with considered features. Dedicated to preserving flora and fauna, the gardens are filled with native plants and trees.

Enjoy the highlights of Historic Dunkeld. Relax on the deck in the morning with your brew of choice, take in the sounds of nature and enjoy the moment. Venture out to explore Grampians National Park (Gariwerd), Port Fairy, Warnambool and beyond.

Polished concrete floors throughout are a beautiful feature of the home. Floor to ceiling windows providing a light-filled environment with pause points and vistas, connecting the expansive interior space with the outdoors.

While reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge and dining room offers comfort for all seasons. The open fire provides romantic comfort for those chilly days and nights.

There are two great outdoor entertaining areas to gather and enjoy each other’s company.

The expansive main deck is accessible from the living area and the master bedroom. Raised into the trees, It captures perfect views of hundred year old Gum trees and little creek. There is a large undercover table which offers year-round entertaining no matter what the weather. North facing, it allowing guests to enjoy sunrise and sunset views.

From the main entrance of the house, there is an enclosed and private courtyard in a garden setting with bird attracting flowers.

Kitchen
The kitchen is a chefs dream, with drawers full of utensils and entertaining items to help you whip up the perfect dinner. Everything you need is provided to enjoy an in-house culinary experience. Complete with food processor, stick blender, baking and roasting pans, rice cooker wok, beautiful hand painted porcelain crockery, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine.

A large galley laundry leads from to the East of the property, to where you will find the kitchen garden. Filled with seasonal herbs and veggies.

Every room is well appointed with new and modern furnishings allowing your stay to be comfortable and relaxing.

The main bathroom features a deep soaking Japanese style bathtub, ready to take those aches and pains away.

Bedrooms
Each bedroom offers a secluded deck for a private moment with nature, facing the eucalypt lined creek and grassed reserve.

The master bedroom has access to the main deck and features an en-suite with X-large walk-in shower and walk-in robe.

The guest bedroom has a private deck, walk-in robe and is located at the other end of the house.

The large studio room has two King Single beds.

There is a second living space which has an impressive library of books, TV, vintage arcade machine (for kids and kids at heart), access to a private deck and a King Single sofa bed.
This will not be permanently made up as an additional bedroom. Please advise us if you require the use of the sofa bed.

Wi-fi is complementary and should you require a workstation during your stay, there is a sit/stand desk and office chair.
