This cottage comfortably fits up to 10 of your family and friends with 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, private backyard, 2 fire tables and firepit, there is plenty of space for a family and friends retreat by the lake!
Things You Will Love About Your Vacation Home:

you will also enjoy 2 upper level patios, one facing the lake with fire table and the other facing the garden view with dining table and chairs.
You will make lasting memories relaxing next to a warm fire table on the lower deck or become one with nature and start your own fire in our backyard firepit, don't forget the marshmallows!
Other things to note:
- Innisfil Beach Park is just steps from our door to 6 sandy beaches, 2 large playgrounds, hiking trails, kayak rentals, boat launch, ice cream shop and more! Please bring your beach gear, floaties and safety equipment, especially for small children under 12 years old, there are no lifeguards on duty, beach is use at your own risk.
Just steps away from the lake access for all you ICE FISHING ENTHUSIASTS!! Bring all your gear with ease!
-We provide clean fresh white towels that are for indoor use only, please bring your own beach/hot tub towels.
- Need something? Forgot something? No worries! We are in the heart of the town of Innisfil and all shops are very close by, within a 5 min drive!
Please inquire about early check-in or a late check-out, we do our best to accommodate requests!
