This lovely home offers a perfect escape with open-plan living, two living zones, and spacious garden areas for kids to play. The main living area features a kitchen, high ceilings, wood fireplace, and private courtyard. Set on 1.3 acres, the property includes a well-established garden, outdoor dining with views of Western Port Bay, and easy access to a quiet beach just 400 meters away.
Located an hour from Melbourne, this home is close to Point Leo Beach, wineries, Red Hill, Arthurs Seat, and more, making it an ideal base to explore the Mornington Peninsula’s attractions. Whether relaxing or exploring, ‘Manna Gum’ offers the perfect holiday spot.
Sleeps 12:Quality linen and professional cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.
Tariffs include professional cleaning, and linens are charged per person $35 per person; please keep us informed of the number of guests at booking confirmation. Kindly bring your beach towels.

Firewood is provided for the duration of your stay; additional is available for purchase from the local store.
