This cozy cabin provides a perfect romantic getaway, surrounded by nature and set on a private, cool acre just steps from the river. Relax in air-conditioned comfort, or take a five-minute walk down a scenic path to enjoy a refreshing dip in the river's crystal-clear waters. Located only 30 minutes from the Loon and Cannon Mountain ski areas, this cabin is the perfect base for outdoor adventures, including hiking, biking, and swimming in nearby pristine lakes, rivers, and streams.

Unwind on the spacious, private sun deck, listening to the calming sounds of the river below. After a day of exploring, refresh yourself in the luxurious outdoor shower designed for nature lovers, or cool off with a dip in the river. The deck is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, or evening cocktails, and leads to a peaceful riverside beach area where you can lounge in the provided chairs and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Had a great weekend stay with my aunt at the Tiny Cabin. It was a super cute property and everything looked just like the photos on the listing. Everything was nice and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We both agreed it would be worth another visit. GPS times make it seem like things are far maybe further away, but the drive is pleasant and it feels like you’re there in no time at all. 10/10 would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and perfectly sized log cabin nestled deep in the woods. Situated on a quiet dirt road along the Ammonoosuc River, the cabin offers the ideal peace and privacy. Inside, it beautifully blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The well-stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and we enjoyed using the new Weber grill to cook delicious items from the Littleton Co-op. We only used the queen bed, which was firm and very comfortable. The additional outdoor private shower was a delightful surprise. Bundles of firewood are available for purchase on the property to use with the Solo Stove. The host was exceptional, even checking in to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re seeking a secluded getaway to unwind and immerse yourself in nature, this cabin is a perfect choice. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the peaceful time spent in such a beautiful setting and can’t wait to return!

Cozy cabin near the wild ammonoosuc river
My family and i loved our stay here! The place is so clean and equipped with kitchen supplies. We loved the patio and how close it is to the river and the swimming holes. Only 40 mins drive to Franconia notch state park. Will definitely come back and stay here!
