Nice & Relaxed

This is our second stay. We had a wonderful time. We had everything we needed. The location is the best for the beach, dining and A1A. Crescent Beach is so clean and relaxing, we will come again!

Nice little place close to the beach

About 2 blocks from back but easy walk. House was updated and modern inside and everything worked and was easy to use. The housekeeping left a little to be desired but we just cleaned it up and enjoyed our vacation.

Cozy home close to the beach!

The home very cute with a lot of quality upgrades! The home was very cozy and comfortable. The location was very convenient to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. A few issues concerned us. After I booked the stay I sent two requests to the management company asking about supplies in the house. I never got a response from them. That is very disappointing and inexcusable. Second thing is the front door lock. Detailed instructions on how to use the key pad lock in the email about the code would help. We had to call to get the instructions from management company. Last, there were no kitchen towels or dish cloths in the house! We called and asked if we could get some brought to the house along with more hand towels for the bathroom and nothing ever happened. Our request went unanswered! We had to go to the store to buy our own dish towels and dishcloth. That is very disappointing! Especially when the listing stated towel are provided! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! Thank you! Tom

Fun Family Beach Trip

We loved staying at this property! We enjoyed close walking distance to the beach which we took advantage everyday. I loved the location and how close we were to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We will come back next year and stay again in this sweet little beach cottage.

Problem with locks

We couldn’t get into the place a few times and had to wait to be let in. We spent hours waiting and the keys we had didn’t work. The Master Bath window did not have any blinds so we had to use tin foil so no one could see in. There was no welcome book as most usually have. I had requested to be able to cancel and leave but then the lock was figured out so we thought and then needed to call them again the next day with the same problem. We had allot to do that we could not do. When we arrived it was dark and there’re were not lights. We had to use our phones but then had to call to figure out the lock. Everything about the actual cottage was beautiful and well stocked but the issues we had should not have happened and would like to get some sort of refund but if not maybe at least these will be taken care of before the next guest arrives.
