Mimosa Cottage was constructed in the 1920’s and has had a number of occupants since then. At one time it was a Doctors surgery and then an art gallery and coffee shop. This year the cottage was renovated to create a comfy place to stay while you are visiting Glen Innes. The cottage is located centrally to the Glen Innes CBD, within short walking distance to the main street cafes, clubs, pubs and shops. There is off street parking and a secure back yard offering a safe place to leave your furry friends.

Mimosa cottage is a step away from the Main Street of Glen Innes with off street parking at rear of the property. It is welcoming, inviting, clean and extremely comfortable set in a quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped with adequate pantry supplies. The covered front and back verandahs were certainly an appreciated asset during the wet weather. The secure large grassed backyard was ideal for our cavoodle.
Beautifully renovated cottage which was surprisingly spacious and so well thought out. The yard is a great size, beautiful landscaping and secure for dogs. Location and proximity to town were fantastic and Leonie was wonderful with communication. My only disappointment was not being able to stay longer.
What a lovely place to stay. The cottage is beautifully renovated and equipped with high quality inclusions. Very homey with everything you need and located walking distance to shops. Highly recommend this cottage and would definitely stay again if we are back in Glen Innes. Thank you Leonie
Leonie is a caring host with excellent communication skills who thoughtfully arranged to have the cottage warmed up for our evening arrival in Winter. We were also graciously gifted with a later checkout time on departure. Thank you for a lovely stay.
We only stayed overnight but we were very impressed with everything from the beds and linen to the selection of books to read. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The cottage was lovely and clean. The beds comfortable and quaint decor. A few windows didn't have curtains or blinds so might be a problem for people who don't rise with the sun. Otherwise perfect!

This property was an excellent find and we enjoyed our brief overnight stay here. The place was well presented, had everything we needed and was close to everything. highly recommended.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. There was plenty of room and the beds were very comfy. It was great to have a yard for our dog to run around in during our long road trip.
We were passing through Glenn Innes and had a really wonderful couple of nights in town. A short walk to the bakery/coffee shop/pub - our pups and kids enjoyed the backyard. We will definitely stay again.
We loved our time here with our groodle. It has everything you need, very good quality mattresses (always important to us) and Leonie couldn't do enough for us. I highly recommend Mimosa Cottage. Just beautiful!

House had everything we needed. Good backyard for dog. Very clean and very comfy! We were only there overnight but would stay again on our way through town.
A lovely and warm cottage, Mimosa Cottage was close to the town so once we parked the car we were able to walk to get food and drinks. It was very pet friendly and our dogs loved the huge backyard, giving them a break from our road trip! Would stay there again!
