☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This gorgeous cabin boasts three large bedrooms, accommodating a total of eight guests, with the ability to sleep one more adult or two small children on the additional fold out couch. The main bedroom on the upper floor is fitted with an inviting king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with a personal TV and private access to the upper balcony. The second and third bedrooms offer comfortable queen-size beds and a twin bunk bed in one of the bedrooms and TVs to use at your leisure. These bedrooms are situated on the bottom floor and share a large bathroom and access to the lower balcony. Each bedroom has a closet so you’ll have plenty of space to store your things.

There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, all of which are meticulously maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The main ensuite bathroom is located on the upper level of the home attached to the main bedroom and features granite tops and a combination bath and shower. The second bathroom services the two bedrooms on the lower level. Both full bathrooms are stocked with everything you may need during your stay, including plush towels and essential toiletries. The additional half bathroom provides added convenience to guests.

Step into your personal restaurant-quality kitchen, fitted with every appliance and amenity that you could need. Create incredible meals with the available cookware and enjoy them at one of the several cozy seating areas. The indoor dining area seats six guests who can enjoy the warm sunlight that streams in through the window. Or, guests can use the outdoor table that seats eight and looks out over breathtaking mountain views. Two more seating areas are available; a pair of bistro tables on the deck, and the other an indoor wine bar.
The lounge area is furnished with luxurious leather couches that border the stone wall of the gas fireplace. Enjoy your favorite movies and shows with access to the TV and entertainment system, or curl up with a blanket and a good book. This home also offers a game room with a pool table, arcade machine, a TV, and classic board games to entertain you during your stay.

Words don’t do justice to the beauty and serenity that surrounds this home. Step onto any of the three balconies and enjoy the mountain views from the comfortable chairs or swing. Better yet, have a relaxing soak in the bubbling hot tub at the end of a day of exploring while enjoying the greenery. Have a cookout using the outdoor charcoal grill. Seating and dining areas are in abundance, truly allowing you to appreciate your surroundings to the fullest extent.

During their stay at Lagniappe, guests have access to all of the amenities that this lovely home has to offer. Enjoy the private hot tub, serene outdoor spaces, and views from the comfort of home, along with the entertainment that is available inside. As we are in the mountains, cable isn't available. Bring your own Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming service login and enjoy.
There is parking for three vehicles on the level, paved driveway, along with security cameras for your security. We are located in the Arts & Crafts Community, so more than 120 galleries, shops, and studios are just a short drive away.
Nice, quiet area. Not many other cabins around. Peaceful and quiet, especially at night.
OUTDOOR GRILL: A large covered park style grill is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can.
TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin make sure it bagged and put it inside the cans in the bear-proof container and secure the latch.
CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them.
Minimum age to book is 25. A photo ID is required before your stay. Make sure you have been verified by Airbnb.
We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance in the event you need to cancel outside the free cancellation period.
The property has cameras in use on the exterior front door and parking lot for your safety. If the cameras are covered, blocked, or disconnected or the wifi router is disconnected you will be asked to leave without a refund.
By making a reservation at Lagniappe, Guest agrees that Guest and Guest’s party will abide by these Rules and Regulations, as well as any other Rules and Regulations posted in the Guidebook or on the property. Should Guest violate these rules, Owner reserves the right to cancel this rental immediately with no refund due to Guest. Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.
➤ Property. The property is furnished and includes household appliances, furnishings, decorations, artwork, linens, towels, kitchenware, audio/video equipment and personal property.
➤ Rental Party/Maximum Occupancy: The rental party shall be limited to the number listed on the rental reservation. The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons for Lagniappe, unless specific written exemption has been made by Owner. An additional charge of $100 minimum per person per night for guests in addition to above guests may be assessed.
At all times during said rental period, Guest agrees to have no more than the allowed number of guests for occupancy, (including children). If more than the stated number of guests are found to be occupying the unit, without prior written permission, Owner has the right to terminate this contract and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning, and deposits.
➤ Term of the Lease. The rental period begins at 4pm on the dates in the reservation and will end at 10am, on the check out date. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Guest will be given a code for the key pad on the door, for private access to the cabin. The code will be provided to you upon reservation.
➤ Noise: Guest understands and agrees that they, and all members of their rental party will be respectful to our neighbors, including, driving slowly on the road to the property, not creating any noise (including music) which the neighbors can hear, especially in the evening and during the night. Kindly keep the noise at a minimum after 10:00 pm. Any violation of this rental agreement and Guest will be required to leave immediately, with no refund for any unused rental time.
➤ Access: Guest shall allow Owner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
➤ Rental Rate and Fees: The rental rate shall be as stated on booking platform.
➤ We would like to inform you that a 3% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy.
➤ Damages: Guest must report any damages to Owner.
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➤ No campers/RVs allowed.
➤ Thermostats should be set no higher than 80 degrees and no lower than 68 degrees for the protection of the contents of the cabin.
➤ Condition of Property: Guest shall return the premises in the same condition as received. As a part of the rental agreement, Guest will pay the cleaning fee which includes normal “turn” cleaning. Guest agrees they will be responsible for excessive additional cleaning if needed, and hereby agrees to have excessive cleaning deducted from their security deposit, at Owner’s sole discretion. Guest also agrees to leave the property in good condition with all items, furniture, etc in the same places where they found them upon move in.
