About this property

Recently renovated in 2014. 1000SQFT with deck and 8'x25' dock. Heat and A/C (Heat Pump). $1495 per week. Prefer longer term rental (2-8 weeks at a Discount) Excellent fishing, located in a small bay, water frontage minimal sand mostly pea gravel (would suggest water shoes) . New flat screen with DVD. Boats welcome. 2 kayaks and 14FT aluminum row boat for usage on site. Plus propane BBQ.. Plus $250 refundable security deposit. If cottage is left very clean 50% of the cleaning fee will be refunded *Cleaning Fee $150

Beautiful Cottage

When you get to the tp of that hill and Google says you have arrived- you have not. Lol- keep going and near the bottom of the hill - on the left - is this beautiful oasis of a cottage sitting in a little bay on Bob's Lake. The cottage is very, very nice - spacious interior - big decks and access walkways to the water. We were tucked into the bay surrounded by big beautiful trees and a rocky, mossy landscapes with trails all around. Lots of comfy chairs and patio furniture - and an excellent fire pit with comfortable seating. The interior is super nice - open concept and with everything you need for cooking and relaxing Super clean and well cared for inside and out. This early fall vacation was exactly what we needed to unwind and chill - so chill! So quiet, you could literally hear a leaf fall. The loon and baby heron were welcome visitors too! As an early fall vacation we would highly recommend. We all thourghly enjoyed our down time! Thanks so much to the hosts! Loved it!!
